GetTimeValue()

Gets the time of the input time component, whatever the culture of the browser.

TimeSpan? GetTimeValue()

Returns

TimeSpan?

The time, or null as long as a part of the time is empty.

SetTimeValue(TimeSpan?)

Sets the time of the input time component, whatever the culture of the browser. Only the parts of the time displayed by the component are entered, the seconds being displayed according to its format and the fraction of second never being editable.
