Remarks

The first parameter is the tenant of the current query and the second one is the tenant identifier of the row. The filter is stored in the Entity Framework model, which is shared by all the tenants of the process: it must read the current tenant from its first parameter and must not capture any variable, field or property, otherwise the model build fails.
