CustomViewPicker
Displays the current custom view name and provides a dropdown picker to switch between available custom views, plus an optional save button.

Notes
- Reads available custom views from the injected ViewModel.
- Only visible when the ViewModel has custom views configured.
- The "Save" button saves the current layout as a new custom view.
